What to read first
If you are evaluating PACKWOLF as a customer, start with Privacy for data handling, Security for technical controls, and DPA if personal data will enter a PACKWOLF Cloud workspace or support channel.
The public pages are summaries for review. Any signed customer agreement, order form, DPA, security addendum, or procurement document controls for the services it covers.
Procurement and review
For legal review, custom terms, DPA requests, security questionnaires, or vendor onboarding, email legal@packwolf.ai. Include your company legal name, deployment model, expected launch date, and any required questionnaire format.
Privacy rights requests and data-handling questions can go directly to privacy@packwolf.ai.
Closed-beta note
PACKWOLF is still in closed beta, so the legal package is intentionally direct and operational. As the product moves toward general availability, these pages will gain more formal contract language, published subprocessor notices, and expanded security artifacts.
