May 8, 2026 · Beta announce
PACKWOLF is in closed beta.
We've been building in private for a year. The runtime is stable, the agent surface is real, and we're ready to take our first cohorts of operators. Here's what's in the box.
Runtime
- Eight subsystems: memory (4 layers), tools (35+ built-in plus MCP), context (5-layer budget, 4-stage compaction), workflows (markdown SOPs that cascade), heartbeats, models (native SDKs per provider), approvals (three-tier), audit + cost
- Cloud and Desktop deployments, same product on either
- BYOK or PACKWOLF in-house model on Basic / Pro / Max plans
Observability
- Per-call flame graph trace with input, output, metadata, and diagnosis tabs
- Failure taxonomy classifies every failed observation into a specific category
- Prompt versioning, diff prompts across runs to find what broke
- URL-driven state for shareable debugging sessions
What's next
- SOC 2 Type I targeted within twelve months of GA
- Public pricing once we leave closed beta
- Self-serve onboarding for the cloud product (right now we pair-program first cohorts manually)
